At Shabique, we are committed to delivering premium quality face masks to customers worldwide. Our fulfillment center is based in China, and we ship globally via air cargo to ensure your order arrives quickly and safely at your door.

Our Return Policy

Due to the nature of our products and our international shipping model, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges. However, we will always make it right if your order arrives damaged.

Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your order upon reception. If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us immediately at info@shabique.com with photos of the damage so we can evaluate the issue and arrange a replacement or refund.

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

As personal care and beauty products, face masks cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Refunds

If a refund is approved for a damaged item, you'll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at info@shabique.com.

Australia & USA — 7-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is shipped into the Australian Region or USA, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 7 days for any reason. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, with proof of purchase.
